How to choose the size of a yoga mat

Yoga pays attention to the control of thier own body. High-end yoga msters actually don't use yoga mats. 

The more advanced yoga practioners, the thinners the mats. The national standard yoga mat size is 6mm. which is sufficient for impact resistance and joint protection. 

Thick cushion such as 100mm or thickner will affect the balance of the body, cause movement deformation,and even fall down. 

It is recommended that beginners choose 8mm thickness and 6mm national standard thickness after getting starred.
